Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Yes. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, GIC Unicare, Medicare and private pay.

Q: Does insurance pay for all of the specialty areas?

A: Insurance does not cover Accent Reduction, Brain Training for Athletes or Brain Sharpening for Elders. These are private pay options. Depending upon your insurance plan, most of the other areas are usually covered.

Q: Do you bill insurance?

A: Yes. As a convenience to our clients, we submit the bill to the insurance company and are paid directly by them. The client is responsible for copayment (cash, check, credit card) on the day of service.

Q: What information do I need to provide during my first visit?

A: If you or your loved one have/has had any previous evaluations or treatment, or any doctor’s reports that are pertinent to your situation, please submit a copy to us, so we can provide you with the best possible service. All new clients will receive a privacy notice that needs to be signed, and we will also have you fill out a patient information and consent form.
